Admission

　At the time of application to the Nagoya University of the Arts, international students are required to have the following levels of Japanese language ability.

Persons who meet any of the following criteria:

• Results from tests taken after April 2022 and acquired prior to application are valid.

1. Persons having passed Levels N1 or N2 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) prior to application.
2. Persons having obtained a total score of 200 or more points for listening and listening-reading comprehension and reading comprehension on the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU) [Subject: Japanese as a foreign language] prior to application.
3. Persons having obtained 400 or more points on the BJT Business Japanese Proficiency Test prior to application.
